About Palblat
Processed with through-holes evenly and with burrs on both sides of metallic foil with thickness of 15µ ~ 50µ.
As the surface area grows 1.5 to 3 times larger after the process, it becomes one of the best material which has a potential to be applied to many fields and products with your flexible imagination.
There are three types of roughness. You can have various combinations depending on the applications.
Characteristics of the steel
Stainless steel foil - a material of 3D heater uses a special alloy consists of iron, chromium and aluminum.
In comparison with other stainless species, the durability is very high at the high temperatures. It shows that a material particularly is very good as a heater material and as a catalyst support material as well.

Structure and Type
A type once processed with through-holes and burrs as 3D heater material.
In the 3D heater processing, it is molded together with alumina tape.
Palblat with through-holes and burrs
A type folds burr inward to make the flat surface after processing with through-holes and burrs as the material for 3D heater.
In the 3D heater processing, the 3D molding is possible without alumina tape because it adds the insulation capability by forming alumina directly on the Palblat flattened.
